  Network marketing is the fastest distribution model to bring a product to market, and Healthy Coffee USA’s initial goal is to open 20 countries with a minimum of 50,000 independent distributors in each country within five years, for a total of one million independent distributors.

  Rick was the top agent in the USA for a life insurance company in 1994. In 1996, he got involved in his first network marketing company, and within 13 months he became the number 1 distributor with over 25,000 distributors in his organization, and was appointed as the National Sales Director. Rick was responsible for opening the Philippines, which he launched with close to 5,000 people at the Philippines International Convention Center. This was the biggest launch event in the company's history, attracting more prospects than the launch events of the USA, Mexico and Canada combined. Rick has also been Director of Sales, and Director of International Sales for two publicly listed NASDAQ companies, and was personally responsible for opening two countries in Asia. In 1999 Rick was featured on the cover of an MLM Magazine as the "Hardest Working Man in Network Marketing".

  In 2003 Rick became VP for Sales & Marketing for a start-up Asian company, where he was responsible for taking a company with a 1,600 sq ft office/warehouse, three employees, $30,000 per month sales and 800 Members to close to $2 million a month sales in just 16 months, as well as opening Puerto Rico. Within just 3 years, the company expanded to 3 buildings with a total space of 46,000 sq. ft., almost 50 employees, and more than 50,000 distributors. Rick was also responsible for increasing the membership of the Philippine operations of this company to more than 20,000 distributors in less than two years.

  In 2006, Rick formed Next Level Partners, LLC, a Sales & Management Consulting firm, and since then has consulted for numerous other startup network marketing Companies. A great motivational speaker and sales trainer, Rick has trained tens of thousands of distributors worldwide. At the helm of Healthy Coffee International, you can expect Rick to run a tight ship, with smooth sailing ahead.

  Rick has studied Electronics & Communications Engineering (BSECE) at the University of Santo Tomas; Managers Course at the University of the Philippines; Professional Managers Program at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business; Entrepreneur Programs at the Univ. of Southern California, Los Angeles; Export Marketing Strategies at the Wharton School. He is a Certified Professional Network Marketer through the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Business Administration. Rick is an active member of Rotary Club Newport Irvine, Multi Level Marketing International Association, MLM Distributor Rights Association, Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County, Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and Lions Club.
