Angel Finance Group (AFG) was recently formed as a result of a joint venture agreement between Angel Acquisitions Corp. (AGEL) a company listed on the OTCBB and Finance Solutions Of America LLC (FINSOL).

The principal purpose of the new wholly owned subsidiary of the public company is to provide innovative financing options to a large variety of potential commercial clients. Angel Finance Group is exclusively administered by FINSOL and has established offices in Boca Raton FL.

The joint venture was created to build on the synergy that exists between AGEL and FINSOL. AGEL has for many years operated a commercial real estate financing and management division. There is a steady flow of opportunities for AGEL to provide financial services to many different types of commercial property owners.
