US Hidenet Secure Architectures drops plans to buy Nucentcom

Sep 06, 2010 (MANAVIGATOR via COMTEX) -- US development stage company Hidenet Secure Architectures (PINK:HIDE) said on Friday it had terminated its planned purchase of Nucentcom, a facilities-based technology and telecommunications specialist, and had changed its acquisition strategy and name. Hidenet Secure Architectures, which will operate as Hidenet Ventures, said Nucentcom failed to meet performance standards set in the merger agreement. Hidenet Ventures will now act as a venture fund aiming to invest in equity stakes in growth companies looking to go public over the next 12 to 18 months, to ensure immediate cash flow and cash distribution benefits to shareholders.
