LevelStock.com: BioCentric Energy Holdings - Shareholder Update

BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL) is pleased today to announce the following shareholder updates:

1) The #1 commercial demo PBR system in Santa Ana has been sterilized, the PH has been brought back up for maximum performance, the salinity has been balanced to 27, and the wall reactor has been drained into #1 - in other words, the system has been inoculated, and we are now growing our selected strain to propagate our first commercial system in Southern California

2) BioCentric Energy's President, Monique Berry, has submitted "A Plan for the State of Utah" for state financial assistance and incentives to re-locate the Company's headquarters to Saint George Utah -the anticipated response timeline is within two months.

3) The Company's IT Manager, Bill Bensley, is completing the install of three new web cams which will be strategically located throughout the Santa Ana headquarters to provide a window for shareholders to view the BEHL Team working towards our goals and mission.

4) BioCentric Energy's Marla Kennedy will be taking the additional task of Director of Human Resources for BEHL - Marla's focus will be to secure additional manpower of returning Veterans in need of employment for our first system being built in Southern California - further, it is the desire of management to continue this payback on future installations for those who have tirelessly and unselfishly paid for our Country's Freedom.

5) The excavation of our first acre has been completed and was overseen by BioCentric Energy's Founder and Chairman of the Board Dennis Fisher and Field Technician, Brendon Paxton. The modular home has been secured to its new foundation, the water lines have been completed, and we now await the liners for the next step to our initial acre install - anticipated delivery time will be within two weeks.

6) Management has completed the fourth Provisional Patent for submission to the US Patent office today for "The Algae Pro Closed Loop Photobioreactor - Version 4″ - two additional provisional patents are being prepared and anticipated completion for submission is within two weeks.

7) The Company has hired 3 onsite lab technicians who will support BioCentric Energy's day-to-day functions of culturing the algae, testing strains, making inoculum, performing dry weights and many other tasks.
