Mr. Hollingsworth's appointment comes on the heels of an amended LOI with Twin Air Calypso. Mr. Hollingsworth has over 25 years' combined management and financial industry experience. He has worked with major entities like UHY Advisors, SanFill Inc. and U.S. Liquids; also, he was an independent auditor, C.P.A. and EDGAR filer for many years. In his illustrious career he has proven a range of skills such as: Project management, Business Combination Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, Data Conversion, EDGAR filings for the SEC, and most valuable to AAVG, his experience performing due diligence during major acquisitions. Now that the company is in the final phases of acquiring a new Fixed Base Operations (FBO) hub, Twin Air Calypso, AAVG is thankful to have such a valuable team member.
