-- Sycamore Entertainment Group Inc. (Pink Sheets: SEGI), is pleased to announce it has signed the investment banking firm Gleacher & Company to act as its exclusive financial advisor and placement agent in connection to executing its corporate business plan for the fiscal year 2012-2013.
Under the terms of the agreement, Gleacher will bring independent insight and advice regarding debt and equity capital raising solutions. Gleacher will leverage the full resources of its advisory professionals, proprietary research and extensive institutional sales and trading teams in debt, equity and asset-backed securities to execute transactions on optimal terms for Sycamore Entertainment Group Inc.
