Wrapmail, Inc. OTC:WRAP Email Marketing

By: Publisher 07-19-11

WrapMail OTC:WRAP is an email marketing solution that focuses on turning the regular emails sent by corporate and government employees along with individuals into branding for their business and/or interests. The solution only requires that emails are routed through a WrapServer hosted by WrapMail or by you. This is accomplished by either changing the outgoing server on each computer/cell phone or if you have an internal email server by forwarding all traffic to the WrapServer. The individual senders do not need to change any routines but simply keeps sending emails the way they always have. Nothing is installed on any user’s computer; the wraps are added after the sender hits “SEND”. The Dashboard (web-based Control Panel) comes with a WrapMaker where clients design their own wraps from scratch or use premade templates. The WrapMaker allows for rules to be set such as specific wraps for specific senders, specific wraps for specific recipients, wrap rotation, dynamic rotation of images in a wrap and/or RSS feeds. Clients can include or exclude senders to wrap and also exclude recipients from being wrapped (also possible on-the-fly).

Furthermore the Dashboard comes with a complete report generator that contains data of who is clicking on what and when; this data is also available in real time via email or sms alerts.

Finally the Dashboard also includes a webmail component where user can send and receive emails instead of or in addition to using their regular email system.

HOW WrapMail Works

WrapMail is a system that adds a dynamic, interactive and trackable letterhead to the regular external emails we all send every day. Senders do not have to change any routines but simply keep sending emails the way they always have, the wrap is added after the “Send” button has been clicked. The only change on the client side is a change of the outgoing (SMTP) server to a WrapServer which is either a Server in WrapMail’s hosting center (PRO clients) or an internal Server (Enterprise clients).

Emails come to the WrapServer where they are wrapped in the appropriate wrap. Settings include: specific wrap for specific sender, rotation of wraps, rotation of wrap elements (such as images/text), specific wrap for specific recipient, dynamic feed of wrap elements (such as RSS and XLM) or no wrap for specific senders and/or recipients. Wrap selection can also be set on-the-fly by inserting a code in the subject line, this code will not show up on the recipient end.

All emails are tracked through a tracker which captures sender, recipient(s), time-stamp and subject upon sending of emails and then matches this data with clicks by recipient(s) and populates the report generator with this data in various forms such as usage report,  tracking report, ranking report and management report. In addition the system has an “Instant Click Alert” feature that sends an email to the sender and/or someone else when a recipient has clicked on an element in the wrap (for a lot of companies this becomes an “Instant Lead Alert”).

Todd Wade running for Mississippi Senate using WrapMail to brand and promote himself

Todd Wade is running for State Senate in Mississippi and is now using WrapMail (WRAP) to help spread the word. Todd and his staff send a large volume of emails on a daily basis and now each one of these REGULAR emails will brand Todd, drive traffic back to his website and Todd and his staff can track the clicks to learn what is of interest to the recipients.

WrapMail is also working on new wraps for Todd that will incorporate questionnaires so that recipients simply click on what issue is the most important for them in this election for example and then Todd and his staff will have instant research material available based on what the recipients click on.
